Are they a contender? Yes, there are a lot of middle of the pack teams that are contenders. the lost made it a lot harder though. They're behind the Jags, Steelers, Broncos contending with the Ravens and Dolphins for a spot. With games left against the Colts, Jags, Dolphins and Pats, they have no margin for error left.

i do a couple of hundred in sets of 15. i've been doing them a very long time and have no problems. however does any one believe i could end up with arthritis or what ever. like to hear from someone else who has been doing them a long time and tel mel what difference they r compared to flat in ur opinion.

Why is my nose burning when I blow my nose?
