Royal mail standard parcles help please?

hey all i recently purchased a xbox he lives in leeds and he posted it 31st of march in the morning and he first said he would post it first cl recorded but then after he posted it i phone him and he says that his wife posted in second cl im not in a very good mood about this at all when will it arrive please also should i open a paypal dispute about it
