Worship of a Sun God is no longer widespread. Why wasn't a God of Gravity popular?

Some religions like to have icons, but others do not. Surely it was possible to make a "graven image" of the sun, but what would one come up with to illustrate a God of Gravity? OK, if you prefer, what would you use to illustrate Newton's "Law of Gravity?"
