Considering Obama ped a law in March allowing unrestricted offshore drilling, is it fake for him to cry now?

No other president has allowed something as disastrous as unlimited/unrestricted drilling in US waters (without ping on the savings to the Americans. For example the oil drilled off the coast of CA and refined right in Long Beach, CA costs EXACTLY the same as oil imported from overseas. You'd think it would cost 25 cents/gal). So considering he ped that unprecedented law, which would only benefit the big fat filthy rich oil companies, why is he boo-hooing now? It's his fault mostly this whole oil spill. No permits or environmental factors were taken into consideration. BP just blindly started to drill away thanks to Obama.
