How do i approach this girl at school/lose fear?

This sound similar to me im a girl and there was this guy i liked and he found out and so did everyone else in the school, this happened today by the way, but just take a chance i did and found out he doesnt like me which hurts but then you kow you arent wasting your time its really hard right now but ive got some good advise and its ok now.
