People keep saying Clinton is SOCIALISTS..Repubs toss that around like its a verbal ault..define Socialism?

If Republicans are so against socialism, why did we spend 92 billion on corporate welfare? That can be construed as socialism too. We need to stop throwing around rhetoric and start talking about real issues.
