Should I apologize to her?

Everything was flowing smoothly at first. We were texing back and forth one day joking around. I asked her if she was going be a handful for me and she laughed and said "definitely!" I then said, "Ok, i'm going to call you tomorrow, but once you get over that first nervousness of talking to me, you're not going to get stalkerish and call me like 5 times a day are you?? lol" and I never heard back. I put "lol" so it was obviously a joke and went with the flow of our conversation. I then sent "See? Silence. I knew it, you're going to be a bad influence on me, lol" Still no word back. Well I called her the next day as I promised, but she didn't answer and a few hours later I sent her a text saying "You know you're losing major points here." She didn't respond and after a few more hours I just said to hell with it and sent one last text saying "Well, I tried. Either you're too busy or you don't pay your phone bill. lol" What do you all think? Should I say i'm sorry if I offended her with all the joking?
