Can a jury infer that an illegal silencer was used during the killing of some dogs, even if none was found?

If the prosecution can prove beyond reasonable doubt that a silencer was used, and all 12 members of the jury agree that a silencer was used, they can find the person guilty of the charge. There is nothing in the Constitution to prevent this. In fact, there is very little in the Constitution about juries, and a jury can do pretty much what it wants.
