How do i delete Ares off of my computer?

I deleted it off of my control panel but it still shows up in my toolbar and i can open it. I think it's giving my computer a virus also. Sometimes when i click on a link hundreds of that link pop up. i have to do control alt delete and log off to start again. HELLLP!
