Is this true, "Allah" itself derives from Isaiah 14:14-15?

"Allah" itself derives from Isaiah 14:14-15 "Alah bama....", the word means "I will"--specifically the entire sentence is "I WILL ascend above....the Most High"--an expression of pride from Old Nick just prior to getting eternal pink-slip"?
