Is this why Cincinatti does not deserve a 1st place team in the NFL?

The economy has hit fans hard in the midwest. Cincy's population has declined and with the auto industry being in disarray, that makes it hard on fans to afford tickets. They like their team, but I think it is more a thing of being able to afford it.
