Soft and Bruce Willis - what was he thinking?

I am just watching the colour of night (again) - is it just me or is the scene (the one in the pool) in that film just a little over the top in the context of the film? I mean it is like they have this film and then they just go 'right what we really need to make it work is some soft ' so they just add a soft video in the middle of it!! Or am I just old and wrinkly now an too prudish. Yes I have watched before - but with Bruce willis - yuk!!!
