Would a service dog have to through quarintine if traveling from a rabbis country to the uk?

There's some testing and paperwork that has to be done but it can be done before traveling. I'm not sure on the details, but I do know that to be considered a service dog in the UK, the dog has to be ADI certified. They do not allow owner training in the UK like they do here, and we would do not have public access over there unless our dogs are certified by an ADI school.
