Um i have a injury right below my knee s not like a fracture. the pain is like 2inc down from my knee plz hlp?

Its right below my knee. feel ur knee cap and go right below were ur tendon is ur feel bone thats were it is its the worst pain i ever felt i had this pain for almost a year it will be a year dec 30 maybe but plz if u can tell me wut it could be before i get it checked out it would help out alot.
